Tuition Rates and Policies

A non-refundable fee of $50 is due at the time of enrollment, and thereafter, will be due annually. If you have more than one child, the fee will be $30 for the first child and $20 for each additional child.

There is also a refundable deposit due at the time of registration. This deposit is equal to the amount of 1 week's tuition. The deposit is fully refundable upon a two-week notice of cancellation of enrollment. The notice of cancellation must be in writing. This deposit may be applied towards the last week's tuition fee.

Total initial enrollment fees include $50 non-refundable enrollment fee, and two weeks tuition.

Payments
Tuition is based on a full year's attendance. This is payable on a weekly basis in advance. We are confident that you are aware of your monthly tuition fees - you will not be billed. A statement will be provided to you at any time per your request, and of course should you have any questions, we will be happy to help you. Your tuition, as well as the all families in our center, is the oxygen of our program. Failure to pay on time affects all children, their families and our staff. Please do not intrude on others by bad payment habits.

If tuition is not received in advance, meaning Friday for the next week, a $20 late fee will be charged and your child will not be permitted to attend Monday. If tuition payments are continually late, we will have no choice except to un-enroll your child.

We encourage all families to sign up for Tuition Express (tuition electronically taken directly from your account). This saves the center administrative fees and aids to free up our time to concentrate on important things - like your child. You will receive a discounted tuition rate for using Tuition Express.

We accept money orders and credit cards. NO CASH PLEASE - EVER, and no checks.

Accounts that become in arrears will be referred to a collection agency. A minimum fee of $100 will be charged to the account for this referral.

Families that pay full time tuition and have no late payments for six months will receive one week's tuition at price, or a full week after one year.

Little Bears considers 5 days per week, 10 hours per day a full time schedule. Little Bear considers a part time schedule to be either Tuesday and Thursday, or Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

A late charge of $1.00 per minute will be charged if you pick up your child late ($1.00 per minute after 10 hours). A $5.00 per minute fee will be charged if you pick up your child after 6:30 p.m. when the center closes. If you are consistently late, you may be asked to withdraw your child from the center.

Little Bear reserves the right to change tuition fee amounts.

Refunds
There will be no refunds made for absences. There will be no refunds of tuition.
